Alanya Kebab

An Alanya Kebab is a kebab consisting of beef, pieces of bread, and tomatoes that are topped with a spicy chili sauce. The dish possibly originated in Germany and named after Alanya, a popular destination of German holiday-goers, and spread to other parts of Europe.
