Ivriz

Iron Age archaeological site of a Late Hittite (or Neo-Hittite) rock-relief monument and cult place in south-Central Anatolia (modern Turkey, province of Konya, immediately south-east of the modern town of Eregli). The rock relief depicts the late 8th c. BC Tabalian king Warpalawas and the Storm-God Tarhunzas and is accompanied with a hieroglyphic Luwian inscription.

Situated at the Ivriz springs 12 km from the Ereğli - Konya province. Late Hittite Period, 8 th century B.C.. The relief which is 6.08 m in height, expresses the thanksgiving of Warpalavas to the Gods of Plentiness, Santaj.
